1. All orders that is shipped to non landed homes or shop-lot price from RM120.
2. We do not offer shipping to any international countries.
3. All orders should include a daytime delivery address and contact details.

DELIVERY DETAILS
1. All delivery times are indications only (as provided by service provider)
2. Indication of time will take place once goods are packed and dispatched from Safari Office Furniture.
3. Delays in shipment may occur when a specific product is out of stock or temporarily unavailable from our suppliers. You will be advised via email of any substantial delay.
4. In the event of your ordered items are in-stock and some are being substantially delayed, we will contact you with the option to split your shipment. Additional freight charges may apply.

1. Custom-Made Furniture will take 2 - 4 weeks to deliver.
2. Ready-Stock Furniture will take within 1 week to deliver.
REFUND POLICY
● If products purchased on www.safariofficefurniture.com has failed to deliver the Goods in accordance with the Contract or within a reasonable time, the Customer shall be entitled, by serving written notice on www.safariofficefurniture.com, to demand performance within a specified time thereafter, which shall be at least 14 days. If www.safariofficefurniture.com fails to do so within the specified time, the Customer shall be entitled to terminate the Contract in respect of the undelivered Goods and claim Full Refund on the specific item not delivered as a result of www.safariofficefurniture.com’s non-performance, which was foreseeable at the time of conclusion of the Contract and resulting from the usual course of events.
